Order Process
All protective cases are ordered-made to maintain and inspect the quality and reduce unnecessary waste.
The order process will take 2-3 business days before dispatching in our workshop from Hong Kong. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping
Our standard global shipping is international air mail (no signed) with essential online tracking data provided by Hong Kong Post’s e-Express service. There are four tracking points:

- Acceptance at the counter
- Handed over to the carrier / Left for the destination
- Arrival at overseas mail processing centre; and
- Delivered.
Please ensure to fill in the correct shipping address on the checkout page. We are not liable for lost packages if customers provide incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

*Please note that Russia and India are currently unavailable for international shipping.

Customs Charges
Some countries may require import taxes, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country, and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
